House in the Village of Kontarena,
Lefkada.
This authentic property was originally
built in 1864, then rebuilt in 1905,
and has now just been fully restored
in 2004. The House faces east with
beautiful 270 degree views over the
Island its mountains, and the area
around the village of Konterena.
The famous beaches of Lefkada are
easily accessible with the nearest
beaches being in Vassiliki a short
drive (4.5 Km) away. Konterena has
a unique and special climate making
the summer cooler and the spring and
autumn months milder.
